Position:

This role will sit within M&C Saatchi FABRIC which is an agency subsidiary dedicated to sparking cultural impact for brands through influencers and creators. It specializes in deploying community-forward, creator-powered and scalable campaigns with broader offerings in strategic innovations, social media strategy, and bespoke measurement. M&C Saatchi FABRIC works fully-integrated into M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment North America.

Influencer Marketing Coordinator should be a team-player and consummate professional who is culture and social media obsessed. They should be a skilled verbal communicator and stellar writer who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage many assignments at once across a 4 to 5 clients on average and work with supervisors to prioritize accordingly

- Contribute to identification of Global, US, and brand-relevant influencers for paid and unpaid programming

- Craft outreach emails and liaise with influencers/agents for both paid and unpaid engagements

- Build and foster relationships with influencers and their agents

- Draft influencer content briefs Review influencer content, determine if it answers key elements from the brief, and provide clear notes to senior lead on how to evolve

- Become apt at reviewing content for FTC compliance and DISCUS

- Manage product send outs and product mailings to influencers

- Maintain an up-to-date influencer contact list

- Represent the brand(s) and function at local and global events

- Track, recap and help analyze influencer posts, activations and events

- Raise Purchase Orders and manage timely payment of vendors

- Keep the team organized via call notes, agendas, workbacks, and pristine folder/information management

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in digital partnerships, influencer marketing, client service, communications, or a related field in an agency environment.

- Be a dedicated, positive, and enthusiastic team player and maintain strong working relationships.

- Provide support to team managers as a reliable, proactive, solution-oriented, and valuable member of the team.

- Ability to move fast, be flexible, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

- An eye for creative content and passionate about all things influencer.

- Inquisitive and eager to learn.

Salary:

- $55,000-65,000, commensurate with experience

Location/Travel:

- This position must be New York City area based. Mandatory to be working a full day in our Soho area office (9am - 6pm) at minimum one day a week, every week.
