This site is produced and maintained by The PR Net, LLC (“we”) for the use of our members and visitors (“you”). By visiting The PR Net site, you accept and consent to the practices outlined in these Terms of Use.
Membership in The PR Net is intended for senior communications, marketing and media executives. Applications are processed automatically, however we reserve the right to decline or revoke any membership at our sole discretion and without the obligation to provide a reason. Student memberships are also available at a discounted rate, with access and entitlements as detailed at the time of application.
Membership includes access to all areas of the site, including login-protected areas. Members will be invited to The PR Net programming directly via their primary email address. Upon confirmation of membership and payment, the login credentials set up via the application will become active.
Information collected is used solely for the purpose of billing and delivering your membership entitlements. We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to third parties.
We take care to make our site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a registered PR Net user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details. These details will be fully encrypted and used only to process card transactions that you have initiated.
We use cookies only to remember your login, in order to improve your user experience.
Membership fees are in USD. Membership is on an annual basis, regardless of billing frequency. Payment can be made by all major credit cards or ACH. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon application or periodic renewal.
You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours, or that you have been specifically authorized by the cardholder to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
Upon acceptance, you authorize The PR Net to charge any subsequent yearly membership dues to the credit card provided in your application. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to limit or release your obligation to make payment should any dues not be paid by your card issuer upon presentment. You agree to promptly notify us in writing if your credit card information changes.
The PR Net may increase membership dues by small increments (approximately 10% or less) without prior notification, no more than once per year.
The PR Net must receive notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the end of the subscription period. If no such notice is received, you authorize The PR Net to automatically renew your membership.
Members may cancel their membership by logging into their account on The PR Net site and clicking the cancel button. Our system will be immediately notified, and you will receive an email confirmation along with the date your membership expires.
Membership fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to continue your membership, you may request a transfer to another eligible senior communications or marketing executive. Transfer requests may be directed to membership@theprnet.com.
The PR Net reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event for conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with the standards of our community. We are not liable for event cancellations or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The PR Net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at our events. In the event of a cancellation beyond our reasonable control, The PR Net shall not be obligated to provide refunds, but will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative where possible.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We encourage you to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our website constitutes your agreement to these terms and any updates we make to them.
