Role

Linda Gaunt Communications is looking for an accomplished professional to join our Digital team. As the Manager of Digital, you'll orchestrate the strategic direction of our digital initiatives, collaborating closely with our media teams and clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and make a lasting impact in the evolving landscape of communications.

This individual will lead the development and execution of forward-thinking social and content strategies, influencer partnerships, and digital brand marketing plans for LGC’s roster of fashion, lifestyle and hospitality brands. This person will have their finger on the pulse of up-and-coming trends and have a deep understanding of the social media landscape. They will be responsible for achieving client goals in the digital space, providing guidance and support to their team as they work together to hit client KPIs and bring projects over the finish line.

Responsibilities

- Ideate, develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing and social content strategies for clients to increase awareness, growth, and conversion across all channels

- Provide insight and analysis on trends and category competitors

- Provide direction and insight into the creation and maintenance of talent lists for brand consideration, for both paid and organic/gifting partnerships

- Execute paid influencer partnerships from conception to completion on behalf of clients, including aspects such as talent ideation, negotiation, agreement drafting, creative concepting and briefing, deliverable management, analytics, recaps and reporting, etc.

- Oversee influencer seeding, giftings, and coordination across clients

- Ability to manage and maximize client budgets to best serve overarching goals and business objectives

- Ideate and execute experiential events, in conjunction with account teams, to support seasonal launches, collections, and collaborations

- Manage team in day-to-day administration and communication amongst internal teams and external clients

- Manage agency-owned social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook) including post scheduling, copywriting, etc.

Requirements:

- Digital, social, and/or influencer experience, working specifically within the fashion/hospitality industry on either the agency or client side, handling influencers and digital projects

- Strong leadership and managerial skills, having managed a team

- Proactive, strategic thinker and multi-tasker who can anticipate next steps and reprioritize quickly

- Personal roster of strong relationships with KOLs and creators

- Well-versed in social media content creation and ideation, up to date on trends and the latest content types being created in the social / entertainment industry space

- Understand the importance and necessity of cross-functional integration across the digital landscape and PR

- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in an evolving industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail 

- Adaptable to the fast-paced environment of agency life
