Sarah Harrelson, Jen Rubio, and Ginori 1735 Celebrate "The Cultured Collector" in New York City was posted to the gallery

Sarah Harrelson, Editor-in-Chief of CULTURED Magazine, and Jen Rubio hosted an intimate cocktail party with Ginori 1735, the Italian design brand, celebrating the forthcoming release of Harrelson’s first book, The Cultured Collector. The evening brought together a curated mix of artists, designers, and creative tastemakers for the celebratory gathering at Rubio’s artfully designed home in the West Village.

Drawing on the magazine's popular Collector Questionnaire column, The Cultured Collector takes readers inside 30 major art collections through more than 200 photographs and candid conversations with collectors including Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, Rashid Johnson, Michelle and Jason Rubell, Joe Jonas, Scooter Braun, Don Lemon, and Daniel Humm. The book’s throughline is that collecting is a personal journey and usually not defined on investment terms.

Guests mingled while viewing Rubio’s art collection and early copies of the book. As the evening unfolded, conversations sparked over cocktails, music, and a shared appreciation for art, culture, and community. Guests enjoyed the tablescape created by Alimentari Flaneur, featuring Ginori 1735’s hand-decorated Catene and Labirinto and Arte collections by Gio Ponti, which provided the perfect complement to Rubio’s home.

It was an evening rooted in creativity and elegance— a fitting tribute to the launch of the book.
