A modern communications leader known for her sharp eye for culture, she brings nearly two decades of experience in earned media, cultural storytelling, and integrated communications to her role. She joins us from VaynerX, where she most recently served as Vice President, Global Communications, helping brands connect with culture through modern, social-first PR. Her broader career spans brand storytelling, influencer and talent engagement, and integrated campaigns for brands including P&G, Rémy Cointreau, Dr. Martens and UNIQLO.”
Rachele has also led award-winning work across Super Bowl campaigns, global product launches and major cultural moments, and has delivered campaigns that drive both headlines and business results.
“Modern communications is about more than telling a brand’s story. It’s about shaping conversations and creating moments that move people,” said Rachele. “M·A·C and Bobbi Brown have extraordinary legacies in self-expression and artistry. I’m excited to build on those foundations with fresh thinking, bold ideas, and stories that connect with how people experience beauty today.”
