Ciao Studio has announced Riva Residenze as its newest client, leading media relations for the world’s first yacht-branded residences in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Developed by Vertical Developments and WellDuo, Riva Residenze brings more than 180 years of Italian yachting heritage to luxury residential real estate. The 20-story development will feature 36 residences along the Intracoastal Waterway, designed to deliver a superyacht-inspired living experience.

Architecture is by Arquitectonica, with interiors by renowned superyacht designer Giuseppina Arena. The partnership expands Ciao Studio’s portfolio into the luxury real estate sector, supporting the launch and visibility of a development that brings Riva’s storied maritime legacy to a new market.
