Taylor / Burke Communications has added SAUJET, a fine fragrance house founded by Thomas Saujet, to its client roster.
After more than 20 years building House of Creed in the Americas through International Cosmetics & Perfumes Inc., Saujet founded SAUJET, drawing on his French-American heritage and appreciation for fine fragrance and craftsmanship. His father, Claude Saujet, created the first fragrance for Van Cleef & Arpels before serving as vice chairman of Cartier Americas, where he created Must de Cartier perfume, and later becoming president of Harry Winston. Inspired by Thomas’s childhood in Cannes and the Mediterranean, SAUJET brings the family’s expertise in fine fragrance and high jewelry to a house of its own.
The brand debuts with Lumière d’Azur, a collection organized around the elements of Sun, Sea and Earth. With fragrance concentrations reaching up to 60 percent, the collection combines natural ingredients with a double filtration process for clarity. Each fragrance was developed with Givaudan perfumers Yann Vasnier, Christine Hassan, Rodrigo Flores-Roux, Caroline Sabas and Shyamala Maisondieu.
