Built in 1904 for the Marquise de Polignac and set within seven hectares of parkland on Reims’ UNESCO-listed Saint-Nicaise Hill, Domaine Les Crayères is the newest addition to August 28 Studio’s portfolio.

Since 1979, the domaine has been home to the Gardinier family’s vision of hospitality, featuring 20 rooms and suites by PYR Design, a two-Michelin-star restaurant by Christophe Moret, and a cellar of 1,000 champagnes.

A new spa and seven additional suites are currently in development, with an anticipated opening in spring 2027. August 28 Studio will support the next chapter of the property’s story.
