Award-winning integrated communications agency Faulhaber has announced the acquisition of Jane Gill PR, marking the next phase of the agency’s continued growth and adding deeper luxury expertise, senior talent, and an established portfolio of leading brands to the organization.
The business will operate as “Jane Gill PR, a Faulhaber company”, providing continuity through the transition. Clients and employees will gain access to Faulhaber’s infrastructure and integrated PoweredPR® capabilities, including brand strategy, digital, creative, and experiential services through the agency’s fxm division.
The acquisition comes as both brands celebrate milestone anniversaries: Faulhaber marks 25 years in business, while Jane Gill PR celebrates 35 years. It brings together two established Canadian agencies with complementary strengths, strong reputations, and a shared commitment to senior counsel and highly personalized client service.
“I've spent 25 years building Faulhaber by looking beyond what's in front of us and imagining what could be possible. This acquisition represents one of those moments,” said Christine Faulhaber, Founder and CEO of Faulhaber. “We have incredible momentum, a talented leadership team led by Lexi Pathak, and a clear vision for the future. This isn't about becoming bigger. It's about becoming stronger, broadening our expertise, creating new opportunities for our clients and team, and building the next chapter of Faulhaber.”
The acquisition follows a period of significant momentum for Faulhaber under President Lexi Pathak. Over the last year, the agency welcomed SVP Megan Taylor to the partnership team; added Vice Presidents Lindsay Wilson and Jaime Eisen; welcomed former employee Lisa Whibley back as Director of Operations; and made several new hires across the organization.
Faulhaber has also expanded its roster of lifestyle clients, partnering with brands including ECCO, the L’Oréal Luxe portfolio, and Wines of Ontario, while retaining Tourism Australia following a competitive RFP for the Canadian market.
The addition of Jane Gill PR strengthens Faulhaber’s leadership in the luxury sector, adding deep category expertise, influential industry relationships, and seasoned strategic counsel to the agency’s offering. Together, the firms are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to clients while expanding Faulhaber’s capabilities for continued growth and innovation.
As President of Faulhaber, Pathak will lead the expanded organization, overseeing both agencies. Jane Gill, Founder, will remain actively involved through the transition, working alongside Faulhaber to provide continuity for employees and clients. Veteran Jane Gill team member Carla MacNeil, Managing Director of Jane Gill PR, will have a dual role, also acting as Vice President at Faulhaber.
“Faulhaber is building an independent agency with the talent, specialization and integrated capabilities to compete at the highest level. Adding exceptional luxury expertise and relationships to our PoweredPR® platform makes our offering stronger from day one,” said Lexi Pathak, President & Partner, Faulhaber. “We see enormous opportunity ahead for our people and our clients, and we're just getting started.”
Jane Gill PR will now be known as Jane Gill PR, a Faulhaber company.
