Delano Miami Beach has reopened following a comprehensive restoration led by Studio Mc+G Architecture, ushering the iconic Miami Beach hotel into a new era while preserving its Art Deco character. The architectural team safeguarded original details throughout the property, reinstating signature vertical paint bands and restoring the historic signage, distinctive lobby columns, and four-winged architectural tower topped with its stepped ziggurat crown, a defining feature of the Miami Beach skyline since the hotel first opened in 1947.
The reopened Delano features 171 guest rooms and suites alongside the return of the legendary Rose Bar, new dining concepts, a members club, and a new wellness experience, pairing the property’s storied architecture with a refreshed hospitality offering.
