Zapwater Communications has expanded its partnership with Mexico-based hotel operating group Hamak Hotels to represent Perla La Paz, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. 

A fixture on La Paz’s Malecón since 1940 and widely considered the oldest hotel in the Baja California peninsula, Perla La Paz is set to reopen in October following an extensive transformation. Zapwater Communications will lead U.S. public relations efforts for the property, including media relations, press visits, awards, and storytelling across travel, lifestyle, culinary, and wellness outlets.
