  • Blue Monkey Hotel & Beach Club marks the transformation of one of Barbados' best-known beachfront addresses, debuting as a tranquil 52-room and suite retreat on Paynes Bay. Redesigned by VARCHi Design + Build, the property introduces a fresh chapter for the site, pairing a relaxed residential feel with direct access to one of the island's most celebrated stretches of coastline. The experience extends from a private beach club to a rooftop lounge overlooking the Caribbean Sea and The Spa at Blue Monkey. Further, Amara, the hotel's signature restaurant, draws on Middle Eastern influences and Bajan ingredients in a menu inspired by the island's diverse culinary heritage.   • Founded by Jim Manley in 2010, The Ranch at Rock Creek brings together the heritage of a late 19th-century cattle homestead with the comforts of an all-inclusive luxury retreat. After spending two decades searching for a defining property in the American West, Manley transformed this working ranch in Montana’s Flint Creek Valley into a 6,600-acre retreat that retains its connection to the land through historic buildings, a restored barn, lodge accommodations and luxury canvas cabins. The hotel spans several historic buildings, including the Manoir des Minimes, Maison du Duc and Demeure François I, with limestone architecture and gardens reflecting the character of the Loire Valley. The Spa des Roches is carved into the rock beneath the estate, while Le Choiseul, led by Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Aubry, celebrates local ingredients through modern bistronomy. • La Réserve Paris - Apartments (Paris, France)

  • Located near Place du Trocadéro in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, La Réserve Paris Apartments offer a residential alternative to the city’s traditional hotels, combining the privacy of an intimate home with the service of a five-star establishment. Created in 2007 by French hotelier and vintner Michel Reybier, the collection comprises ten fully serviced apartments ranging from 1,500 to 3,230 square feet, housed within elegant 19th-century Haussmann buildings with views towards the Eiffel Tower. Following a redesign by Rémi Tessier, the apartments retain their historic architectural character through natural wood flooring, bespoke carpentry and refined interiors. Each residence includes one to four bedrooms, supported by dedicated butler service, 24-hour concierge and in-room dining. Guests also have access to the facilities of sister property La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa, including the Michelin-starred Le Gabriel restaurant and its intimate indoor pool.
• ENTRE Évora Boutique Hotel (Évora, Portugal)
  • A Restored Hideaway in Medieval Évora.
  • Within the medieval walls of Évora’s UNESCO-listed historic center sits ENTRE Évora Boutique Hotel, a restored building shaped by the city’s centuries of Roman, medieval, and Portuguese heritage. The property was created around the idea of preserving Évora’s architectural character while introducing a hospitality experience rooted in the atmosphere of the Alentejo region. The hotel’s 22 rooms and suites incorporate regional whitewashed façades, preserved vaulted ceilings and traditional wood and tile accents, alongside natural materials and soft textures inspired by the surrounding Alentejo landscape. Historic elements remain visible throughout the property, creating a connection between the building’s past and its present-day role as a private city retreat. A short walk from Évora’s landmarks, cafés and traditional streets, ENTRE Évora Boutique Hotel provides an intimate base for discovering one of Portugal’s most culturally significant destinations.
• Legacy Ithos (Porto Santo, Portugal) (pictured top left)

Conceived by Vila Baleira Hotels & Resorts, the adults-focused retreat reflects the island’s reputation for therapeutic sand and Atlantic waters through a wellness-led experience. The property places restoration at the center of the stay, with the ORA Thalasso Spa incorporating seawater therapies, hydrotherapy and a signature therapeutic sand pool inspired by Porto Santo’s traditional healing practices. Dining at Origo34 follows a sea-to-table and farm-to-table philosophy, highlighting local ingredients alongside produce sourced from the surrounding land.
• CORI Hornbæk Hotel (Hornbaek, Denmark)
  • Contemporary Nordic Living on Denmark’s Riviera
  • Originally built as a traditional Danish seaside hotel in 1935, CORI Hornbæk Hotel brings new life to a functionalist landmark on Denmark’s Riviera coast, just 45 minutes from Copenhagen. Where the Kattegat Sea meets wide stretches of pale sand, Hornbæk is bathed in the fabled light that painters have traveled north to capture since the 1870s. The restoration preserves the property’s architectural character while introducing a contemporary interpretation of Nordic coastal living, shaped around design, wellbeing and connection to the surrounding landscape. The 79 rooms and suites feature bespoke Scandinavian interiors by Afroditi Krassa. Wellness is central to the experience, with a greenhouse-inspired spa centred around Nordic sea-based rituals, longevity treatments and restorative therapies. Dining is led by chef Brian Mark Hansen, whose culinary approach focuses on seasonal ingredients and the traditions of modern Nordic cuisine.
• Miralago Luxury Apartments (Cernobbio, Italy)

  • Looking across Lake Como from Piazza Risorgimento, Miralago Luxury Apartments introduces a residential stay in the heart of Cernobbio, managed by Villa d'Este La Collezione. Once a traditional hotel, the building has been reimagined as a collection of eight lakefront residences, bringing together the independence of apartment living with the attentive service associated with one of Italy's most celebrated hotels. Opened in 2014 on Bintan Island, the hotel reflects its name, derived from the Sanskrit word for “collection”, through a carefully curated approach to design, hospitality and experience. The estate is made up of 21 villas and 9 suites, each designed with bespoke details and a residential sense of privacy. Service is centered around a highly personalized style of hospitality, with guests welcomed into the property as though arriving at a residence. Beyond the accommodation, The Sanchaya’s experiences include the garden-based Sanchaya Spa, a 164-foot saltwater infinity pool, refined dining spaces and cultural touches throughout the estate. Easily accessible from Singapore, the resort offers a secluded island retreat shaped by craftsmanship, heritage and understated exclusivity.
• Legend of AVARA, Chongzuo (Chongzuo, China) (pictured bottom left)

  • Legend of AVARA marks the flagship property of the AVARA portfolio, introducing a highly private style of hospitality in Chongzuo, near the Vietnam border. Created as a sister estate to the larger Avara Resort, the property focuses on personalized stays, with just 32 suites designed around privacy, space and individual service. Each suite features floor-to-ceiling windows, private hot spring pools and dedicated butler service, creating a residential approach to luxury accommodation. Within Chongzuo Garden Expo Park, guests have access to tailored experiences including kayaking, lakeside activities, a library bar and an infinity pool overlooking the surrounding scenery.
