Martian Entertainment Expands Leadership Team

Tony Award-winning theatrical producing and general management firm Martian Entertainment, founded in 1997 and owned by Carl D. White and Gregory Rae, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with HyoJu Hong (pictured left), professionally known as Ju Hong, serving as Vice President of International Development, and Kaylin Kellin, professionally known as Kaylin AK (pictured right), serving as Head of Creative Strategy and Synergy.

The appointments reflect Martian Entertainment’s continued growth and its commitment to developing new work, expanding international partnerships, and strengthening collaboration across theatrical production, management, and creative development.

As Vice President of International Development, Hong will lead efforts to build Martian Entertainment’s international relationships, develop strategic partnerships, identify new theatrical and cultural opportunities, and expand the company’s presence across global markets. Her work will include international co-productions, theatrical licensing, cultural exchange, government-supported arts initiatives, media engagement, and new-work development.

Hong is the first publicly documented Korean-born professional to hold a vice-presidential position within a New York-based Broadway producing and general management office, representing a significant milestone for Korean representation within the Broadway industry.

“I am deeply grateful to Martian Entertainment for its trust and continued support,” said Hong. “It is an honor to take on this role, and I look forward to building meaningful and sustainable connections among artists, producers, and cultural organizations around the world.”

As Head of Creative Strategy and Synergy, Kellin works across Martian Entertainment to connect creative vision with strategic planning, communications, and cross-functional management. Her role focuses on aligning creative innovation and operational strategy across the company’s productions and expanding slate of projects.

“We are thrilled to have Ju and Kaylin helping lead Martian Entertainment into its next chapter,” said Carl D. White, Producer and General Manager of Martian Entertainment. “They each bring a unique combination of creativity, strategic thinking, producing experience, and a genuine commitment to building meaningful relationships within our industry and beyond.”
