Don’t Let Disco Hosts “One Side Only” Event was posted to the gallery

Don't Let Disco hosted an exclusive gifting event at 45 Washington’s rooftop, a Two Trees Management building in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Centered around the theme One Side Only, inspired by the painting Girl with a Pearl Earring, the event invited guests to create a single custom earring at an interactive beading bar before stepping in front of the camera to pose for their own portrait inspired by the iconic painting.

The private event  brought together a list of top-tier fashion media, influencers, and industry experts, including Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, Woldy Kusina, Mimi Nguyen, Lorena Pipenco, Ian Bradley, Eny Lee Parker, and  Claudia Li Johnson.

Originally an industrial waterfront, DUMBO has evolved into one of New York City's most dynamic creative neighborhoods, celebrated for its converted warehouses, historic loft buildings, cobblestone streets, waterfront setting, and vibrant arts scene. Home to more than 160 design firms—arguably the highest concentration of design practices anywhere in New York City—the neighborhood has cultivated a collaborative creative ecosystem that continues to attract many of the city's leading design-driven businesses.
