• Miami Spice X Zacapa Rum Dinner at Toro Toro
  • It’s time to get spicy at Toro Toro with a special Miami Spice Rum Dinner in celebration of National Rum Day. On Friday, August 14, at 6:30 PM, the InterContinental Miami’s signature restaurant will host a special dinner featuring dishes created by celebrity chef Richard Sandoval and Executive Chef Victor Rosales for this year’s Miami Spice offerings. The menu will be paired with cocktails specially created exclusively with Zacapa, a premium rum brand from Guatemala. The exclusive three-course dinner will take place in the restaurant’s elegant private dining space,  El Matador Room. Priced at $99 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity), the evening will begin with a welcome Zacapa cocktail, La Piña 1999, at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner at 7 PM.

  • On Wednesday, August 26, treat your pup to a special edition of Paws Patio™ as InterContinental Miami celebrates National Dog Day and the dog days of summer with its End of Summer Paaawty. Four-legged friends are encouraged to dress in their favorite tropical gear. The tail-waggin' good time takes place on the Picante Terrace from 5-7 PM (weather permitting) and includes a doggie pool, sprinklers, and complimentary pup cups.
