- As the sun begins to set, Cascata Sunset Sips invites guests to lounge poolside while enjoying signature cocktails, premium pours, spritzes served by the magnum, live music, and a carefully curated soundtrack that carries the evening from golden hour into twilight. The stylish weekly gathering offers a relaxed yet sophisticated way to kick off the weekend. The Cascata Pool is a serene, adults-only (18+) retreat. Located just behind the main lobby, it features lounge seating, a lite bites menu, and beverage service.

- Hidden behind a reservation-only door inside the resort's luxurious Jasmine Grand Presidential Suite, Off The Record delivers one of South Florida's most exclusive nightlife experiences.
