Dilli Dilli from Celebrity Chef & Destination Wedding Caterer Gaurav Anand - A unique Indian concept that celebrates the cuisine of New Delhi and poised for national growth. Dilli Dilli's name refers to the origins of its founders, with its owner from New Dehli and the chef from Old Delhi. The menu highlights signature dishes from both sides of this bustling metropolis. Building on the success of its NYC location in the heart of Times Square and the Theater District, Dilli Dilli will open in the affluent town of Millburn, NJ in August. Nationwide expansion is poised to follow.
