Pisco y Nazca Launches Summer Menu with Bold Flavors and Refreshing Sips

Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is spicing up the summer with an array of limited-time dishes and handcrafted beverages especially created for the sultry season. Starting Wednesday, July 8, guests can enjoy the new menu selections inspired by the bold and festive flavors of Peru. The offerings blend traditional recipes with contemporary culinary techniques and showcase premium ingredients, all designed for sharing. Guests can discover a variety of new flavors, including the following:

  • Empanadas de Mariscos: Golden, crispy empanadas stuffed with mixed seafood and served with a rich macho sauce and vibrant ají amarillo chalaquita.
  • Cesta de Camarones: Crispy rice paper baskets filled with tempura shrimp, creamy avocado, and kimchi mayo for a flavorful Nikkei-inspired bite.
  • Tiradito Bicolor: Fresh corvina complemented by rocoto and creamy leche de tigre, finished with chalaquita and extra virgin olive oil. Inspired by “La Bicolor,” Peru’s national flag, this dish celebrates Peruvian heritage.
  • Escabeche de Salmón: Crispy salmon paired with sweet potatoes, red onions, tomato petals, olives, and fragrant jasmine rice in a modern take on the Peruvian classic.
  • Chanchito Nikkei: Slow-braised pork belly served over creamy Arborio rice with Nueske's bacon, sweet plantains, and a sweet soy-honey Nikkei glaze.
  • Profiteroles Rellenos: Light pastry puffs filled with silky lúcuma cream and Nutella, offering a decadent finish to the meal.

Designed to pair perfectly with the dishes, Pisco y Nazca is also introducing two refreshing watermelon-based beverages. The Spicy Watermelon Daiquiri combines rum, fresh watermelon, lemon juice, and jalapeño syrup for a sweet-and-spicy cocktail, while the Watermelon Mint Cooler offers a refreshing alcohol-free blend of watermelon, agave, fresh mint, and sparkling club soda.
