TIME and ArtsHouse Media Group have announced TIME Canada, a licensed Canadian edition of TIME's iconic publication.
Launching across digital, print, live events, video and social platforms, TIME Canada will bring together TIME's trusted journalism and global perspective with original Canadian reporting and storytelling. The platform will serve Canadian audiences while elevating Canadian voices, leadership and innovation to the global stage.
"For more than a century, TIME has spotlighted the leaders and ideas shaping our world. TIME Canada is the next expression of that commitment, bringing our journalism, iconic franchises, and global platform to one of the most exciting markets today,” said TIME Chief Executive Officer Jessica Sibley. “We are grateful to ArtsHouse Media Group for their partnership in making this a reality."
"Canada is home to remarkable leaders, creators, innovators and institutions whose influence extends well beyond our borders," said Mo Ghoneim, President and Founder of ArtsHouse Media Group (AMG Inc.). "TIME Canada will provide a platform to celebrate those contributions while creating new opportunities for dialogue, recognition and storytelling. We are proud to partner with TIME to extend its legacy in Canada, connecting Canadian stories and perspectives to audiences around the world."
TIME Canada will feature original reporting from a dedicated Canadian editorial team, complemented by select content from TIME's global newsroom. Coverage will span business, leadership, politics, culture, innovation, technology, climate and more, while highlighting the people and issues shaping Canada's role in an increasingly interconnected world.
As part of its launch, TIME Canada will introduce a series of editorial franchises and live events such as leadership forums and cultural experiences designed to convene influential voices from across industries.
The announcement comes during a period of continued international expansion for TIME, as the brand strengthens its presence in key markets around the world, with the recent launches of TIME France and TIME Africa. Today, TIME reaches more than 100 million people globally across its platforms, its most diverse audience in history. Through award-winning journalism and renowned franchises including TIME100, TIME100 Next, TIME100 AI, TIME100 Climate and TIME100 Companies, TIME continues to spotlight the individuals and ideas shaping the future.
