Exciting news out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as Marc Falsetto (pictured top row), CEO/Founder of Falsetto Hospitality, announces the incredibly talented new triumvirate that will help fuel Fort Lauderdale’s new lair for luxury, Caviar Club. Ahead of its projected Fall 2026 launch, much is afoot behind Caviar Club’s velvet rope, from the reveal of key new team members to the activation of The Founding 100, an invitation-only private members club designed to redefine luxury hospitality through exclusive access, experiences, and connection.
First, a look at the powerhouse trio of talents joining Falsetto on his mission to deliver incomparable fine dining and drinks in Fort Lauderdale and redefine F&B and hospitality excellence on Las Olas Boulevard.
Helming the kitchen at Caviar Club will be Executive Chef Jeremy Loya (pictured bottom center), a dynamic culinary talent with a unique perspective forged across kitchen work in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Scottsdale. His background spans luxury restaurants, private member clubs and international hospitality brands, resulting in a style grounded in technique, bold flavor, and a commitment to spotlighting exceptional ingredients. After starting his career under celebrity chef Rick Bayless, Loya went on to run the kitchens at Soho House, Desert Mountain Club, and the Michelin Key property Caldera House. At Caviar Club, Loya will bring his breadth of experience to a menu that balances theatricality with precision, delivering thoughtful, high-quality dining rooted in hospitality, consistency, and approachability.
Corporate Pastry Chef Alicia Montalvo (pictured bottom right) brings a deeply personal and globally informed approach to her craft, shaped by her upbringing in El Salvador and refined through work in some of the nation’s most respected kitchens. Introduced to a life centered around food by her grandfather, an artisanal cheesemaker, Montalvo developed an early and enduring connection to food rooted in tradition and technique. Montalvo will oversee the pastry program across all Falsetto Hospitality concepts, ensuring Caviar Club’s dessert offerings deftly balance flavor and artistry. Her creations will reflect the same spirit of indulgence and visual drama as the broader menu, delivering memorable finales resplendent with refinement and a playful sense of indulgence.
A luxury client strategist with more than 15 years of experience, Lindsay Shapiro (pictured bottom left) is the newly appointed Director of Membership & Experiences; she is known for cultivating meaningful relationships and designing exceptional, access-driven experiences for the world’s most discerning clientele. Lindsay’s background includes serving as Private Client Manager at Moët Hennessy (LVMH), where she managed ultra-high-net-worth relationships and orchestrated exclusive global experiences tied to some of the world’s most prestigious maisons, as well as directing multimillion-dollar philanthropic initiatives and founding a contemporary art gallery in Miami. At Caviar Club, she is defining a new standard for modern luxury membership, one rooted in intimacy, cultural relevance, and highly personalized access. In tandem with Falsetto himself, Shapiro oversees The Founding 100 program, curating bespoke programming and immersive experiences that bring together an influential community around shared moments and an elevated lifestyle.
Speaking of Membership… Introducing the Founding 100: Access is the Luxury
Currently available only to an exclusive list of 100, invitation-only members, The Founding 100 is designed as a curated social playground for tastemakers, executives, and cultural leaders to gather, indulge, see, and be seen. While Caviar Club will be open to the public, with enjoyment just a reservation away, membership unlocks a distinct, elevated layer of hospitality, one defined by priority, privilege, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. In mid-June, a limited number of memberships will open to the public for application. Prospective members will be invited to submit an interest inquiry form via the Caviar Club website, with final acceptance granted through a selective review process designed to cultivate a dynamic and like-minded community.
Members will enjoy guaranteed priority reservations, preferred seating, and dedicated concierge service, along with expedited access to the venue’s high-energy dining room and lounge. Beyond the floor, a private calendar of invitation-only programming will include intimate monthly events, menu previews, off-menu tastings, and curated social gatherings.
The experience extends far beyond the restaurant’s walls. Through exclusive partnerships with globally renowned luxury brands and producers, Founding 100 members gain access to rare wine and spirits allocations, private tastings, and bespoke travel and lifestyle experiences, from Napa Valley vineyard tastings and Macallan Estate “Vault Nights” to invitation-only collaborations with luxury brands such as Dom Pérignon, Opus One, The Only Caviar, Moët & Chandon and LVMH, among others.
Ultimately, The Founding 100 is designed as more than a membership; it is a passport into a world of elevated hospitality, where relationships, access and unforgettable moments take precedence. With the introduction of the Founding 100, the concept further blurs the line between restaurant and private social club, offering a level of exclusivity and personalization rarely seen in the Fort Lauderdale market.
