There are dining rooms that define a moment, and then there are those that quietly shape a city. This summer, Raffles Hotels & Resorts brings one of New York’s most coveted tables to Paris, Boston, and London in collaboration with downtown Manhattan favorite Raf's.
Hidden away inside a former NoHo bakery with wood-fired ovens dating back to the 1930s, Raf’s has become the place where editors linger over lunch and designers hold court at dinner. It’s a distinct style of understated chic only possible in New York, where the room feels as important as the menu, now brought to a selection of Raffles hotels for the summer season.
This exclusive series begins at Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris during Paris Men’s Fashion Week (June 23–25) before traveling to Raffles Boston’s Long Bar & Terrace (July 15–17) and concluding at Raffles London at The OWO during London Fashion Week with a four-hands collaboration alongside Mauro Colagreco (September 18–19).
Expect Raf’s signatures including Leeks Vinaigrette, Uovo in Purgatorio, and Dry-aged Côte de Boeuf, bespoke Ginori 1735 tableware, and beautifully considered details throughout.
