Ramona Czernek joins BMF as Vice President of Beauty & Lifestyle, where she will lead communications strategy and brand development across a portfolio that includes [solidcore], SPANX, Trudon, and Canyon Ranch, while also working alongside new business initiatives and continued agency growth within the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.

Ramona is a fashion and communications executive with more than 11 years of experience spanning Public Relations, Brand Communications, and Influencer Strategy across the fashion, beauty, hospitality, and lifestyle industries. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the visibility, cultural relevance, and market positioning of both established global brands and emerging businesses, with a focus on driving impactful storytelling, strategic partnerships, and brand growth.

She began her career at SHADOW PR, where she specialized in Influencer and VIP Relations for a diverse portfolio of clients including American Eagle, La Mer, The Honest Company, and SVEDKA Vodka. During her tenure, she also supported the expansion of TAO Group and 1 Hotel into the Los Angeles market, helping to establish each brand’s presence through strategic communications, celebrity engagement, and experiential programming.

Most recently, Ramona served as PR Director at Brandon Blackwood New York, where she was a founding employee and instrumental in the brand’s rapid rise within the fashion industry and broader cultural conversation. Under her leadership, the brand experienced significant growth, which led to high-profile collaborations with globally recognized companies including McDonald’s, Starbucks, and American Airlines. Her communications strategy helped position the brand across leading fashion and mainstream media outlets, earning feature stories and editorial coverage in publications such as Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, and The New York Times.
