The Bastion Collection Retains Three MICHELIN Stars in Miami

The Bastion Collection, an internationally renowned restaurant group boasting a total of 10 MICHELIN Stars and three MICHELIN Keys since 2019, is proud to announce that L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Le Jardinier in Miami’s Design District have once again retained their prestigious three MICHELIN Stars in the 2026 Florida MICHELIN Guide, a testament to consistent culinary leadership in fine dining and the group’s role in helping define Miami as a true Michelin-caliber dining destination.

With this year’s announcement, the group proudly retains two stars for L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, the highest designation awarded in South Florida, and one star for Le Jardinier, a concept co-created by The Bastion Collection and Chef Alain Verzeroli. Both restaurants have held their place in the MICHELIN Guide since its 2022 debut in Florida.

Marking its fifth consecutive year as the only two-starred restaurant in South Florida, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami continues to set the benchmark for fine dining in the city, reinforcing Miami’s ability to operate at the highest international standard. Led by Executive Chef James Friedberg, with a pastry program helmed by Chef Salvatore Martone, a longtime Robuchon protégé who oversees all pastry programs across The Bastion Collection, the restaurant offers guests an unparalleled dining experience defined by innovation, precision, and impeccable service. A signature open kitchen and counter-style dining format foster intimacy and performance. Each dish on the evolving, seasonal menu is rooted in classical French technique and elevated through modern interpretation, meticulous sourcing, and the artistry of a team united by discipline and craft. The Bastion Collection also operates L’Atelier Robuchon in Geneva, the city’s only two-Michelin-starred restaurant, further cementing its global reputation for excellence.

“At L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, our focus has always been on consistency, execution, and a standard of excellence, all of which are fundamental to The Bastion Collection’s approach to hospitality. At L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, that philosophy is reflected in the commitment and discipline across the kitchen every day. Earning two MICHELIN Stars year after year is something we never take for granted, and we’re very grateful to see The Bastion Collection’s work recognized once again by the MICHELIN Guide,” said James Friedberg, Corporate Executive Chef at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.

“Receiving this recognition reflects the discipline, care, and consistency for which The Bastion Collection is known. In pastry, as in the kitchen, that foundation is built day by day through structure, repetition, and a shared commitment to dedication, craft, and passion. We’re incredibly proud to see The Bastion Collection’s work continue to be recognized by the MICHELIN Guide,” said Chef Salvatore Martone, Corporate Pastry Chef at The Bastion Collection.

Le Jardinier Miami has once again been recognized as a contemporary expression of The Bastion Collection’s culinary philosophy, rooted in seasonality and ingredient-driven cooking. With additional locations in New York, Geneva, and Houston, where it holds one MICHELIN Star at the Museum of Fine Arts, the concept is a collaboration between The Bastion Collection and Chef Alain Verzeroli, a longtime protégé of Joël Robuchon. Rooted in the refined elegance of French culinary technique, Le Jardinier highlights the natural quality of each ingredient through a balanced, modern approach spanning seafood, carefully sourced meats, and vegetables that celebrate the richness of the land. Its pastry program across all U.S. locations, including Miami, is led by Chef Salvatore Martone, known for his artistry and innovation. In Miami, Chef de Cuisine Mario Da Silva leads the kitchen under the guidance of Chef Verzeroli and Chef James Friedberg, exemplifying The Bastion Collection’s ongoing commitment to cultivating the next generation of culinary talent through mentorship and excellence.

“Seeing Le Jardinier recognized by the MICHELIN Guide is incredibly meaningful. The focus in the kitchen is always on maintaining a clear culinary perspective and leading with intention day to day. Working closely with Chef Alain Verzeroli and Chef James Friedberg has been a formative part of my development, and their approach continues to shape how I lead the team. That mentorship is a big part of how we maintain the standard and continue refining our approach,” said Mario Da Silva, Chef de Cuisine at Le Jardinier Miami.

“In Miami, our focus has always been on maintaining a very high level of execution, grounded in discipline and supported by strong teams, everything we value at The Bastion Collection. It reflects the work happening every day at both L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Le Jardinier, and the talent we’re proud to cultivate within them. Watching that development is deeply rewarding, and our responsibility is to mentor and support the next generation so that standard is carried forward. We’re equally thrilled for Chef James Friedberg and Chef Mario Da Silva, whose dedication and leadership continue to uphold that level every day,” said Alain Verzeroli, Culinary Director at The Bastion Collection.

The Bastion Collection, a subsidiary of Crest Investment Company, is globally recognized for its distinct concepts that boast 10 MICHELIN Stars and 3 MICHELIN Keys awarded since 2019. The renowned restaurant group continues to shape the future of fine dining through thoughtful leadership, cross-continental collaboration, and a deep-rooted belief in culinary excellence as both an art form and an experience. Both L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Le Jardinier Miami reflect a broader vision grounded in mentorship, integrity, and the continuation of legacy. As Miami continues to evolve as a global dining capital, The Bastion Collection remains focused on shaping that trajectory through disciplined growth, mentorship, and concepts that balance legacy with forward-thinking execution. The Bastion Collection is deeply honored to retain our three MICHELIN Stars in Florida for the fifth consecutive year. Sustaining that level of recognition over time reflects the strength of the systems and teams we’ve built across the business, and our long-term commitment to maintaining that standard as we continue to grow,” said Deleon Pinto, Chief Operating Officer at The Bastion Collection.
