Major Food Group Joins Forces with Wellness Innovator Nicole Berrie at Sadelle’s Coconut Grove

At Sadelle’s Coconut Grove, luxury hospitality brand Major Food Group has celebrated the beginning of a new partnership with one of today’s leading voices in wellness: Bonberi founder Nicole Berrie (pictured bottom left with Mario Carbone, left, and Jeff Zalaznick, right). For her first collaboration with the group, Berrie has transformed Sadelle’s coffee counter into the best destination for matcha lattes, frozen yogurt, and artisanal smoothies in South Florida. This joining of forces has offered a first glimpse at MFG’s plans to excel in the health and wellness space across its evolving global portfolio of restaurants, private clubs, hotels, and residences.

“As Major Food Group continues to redefine what it means to live well in the modern era, an innovative, unparalleled, and exciting approach to health and wellness needs to be part of our DNA,” says MFG Co-Founder Jeff Zalaznick. “We can’t think of a better sneak peek at our plans than this new feature of Sadelle’s, or a better addition to our family than Nicole Berrie, who shares our passion for giving people what they know and love in the most extraordinary way possible.

“My ethos has always centered on abundant, nourishing food that tastes as good as it feels,” says Nicole Berrie. “I couldn’t imagine a better partner than Major Food Group to redefine what healthy living means through the lens of indulgence and decadence. I’m thrilled to share the first chapter of what we have in store - this is just the beginning.”

Berrie’s signature drinks program at Sadelle’s is designed to become Miami’s new favorite daily ritual - an irresistible expression of her gift for blurring the lines between wellness and indulgence. Berrie exclusively uses natural, meticulously sourced ingredients, such as ceremonial-grade Matcha by Montauk General, chosen for its L-theanine and catechin concentration, and nut butters from local institution Glaser Farms, cold-pressed and unrefined. Nearly every component- the nut mylks, the syrups, the fruit bases - is produced in-house, and every formulation adheres to Berrie’s guiding principles: no refined sugars, no synthetic gums, no artificial dyes, no seed oils.

The program begins with extraordinary reimaginings of matcha-based beverages, including The Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte, featuring strawberry milk and strawberry compote that are both produced in-house daily; and The Salty Caramel Latte, a show-stopping treat with complex layers of flavor from miso-date milk, maple-miso caramel, vanilla-oat foam, and flaky sea salt.

Berrie’s froyo sundaes aim to set a new standard for the category. The Greek pairs honey and toasted walnuts over frozen yogurt, while The Friendly features grain-free brownie bites, peanut butter drizzle, and chocolate. The Sesame leans rich and savory, layering tahini, olive oil, halva, pistachio, and sea salt into a composition that reflects the program’s broader philosophy: that wellness, when expressed with care and imagination, is something you crave.

Completing the collection of signature drinks are smoothies and shakes like The Protein One, which features ripe banana, almond butter, dates, coconut, and hemp: a delightfully decadent beverage that also happens to possess notable amounts of plant-based protein, Omega 3 + 6, and no added sugars. The Green One promotes hydration and recovery, layering spinach, mint, mango, coconut water, and lemon with bee pollen for a bright, restorative profile, while The Junior offers a nostalgic, fruit-forward blend of strawberry, banana, and orange elevated with functional oils for a modern take on everyday vitality.
