Sharp Think, the leading PR Agency in the Architecture & Design industry, has expanded its leadership team with three strategic hires to support the agency’s rapid category growth.

New Hires: 

  • Caroline Burns (pictured center), Vice President: Caroline joins Sharp Think with over 12+ years of experience shaping brand narratives and corporate reputation for high-growth design, travel, and lifestyle companies. She brings deep leadership expertise across media relations, influencer marketing, executive thought leadership, corporate communications, and multi-market strategy. Caroline previously led the international media strategy as Director of PR & Communications at HomeToGo, a publicly listed travel tech company in Berlin, Germany. Prior to that, she built her consumer and lifestyle credentials at Wayfair, driving brand and editorial campaigns across the U.S. and European markets. Her agency roots at Weber Shandwick and Cone Communications in Boston gave her a rigorous foundation in media relations, new business, and fast-turn crisis response.
  • Grace Hedges (pictured right), Account Director:  Joining Sharp Think as an Account Director, Grace brings more than a decade of experience shaping integrated communications for leading consumer, home/design, and lifestyle luxury brands. In her previous role at We. Communications, she worked on beloved brands like Soho House, Chateau Ste. Michelle, iRobot, Microsoft, Brother, Martha Stewart, Cuisinart, and Hästens. She specializes in building strategic earned media, influencer, and executive visibility programs that elevate brand perception and drive measurable business impact. Grace is known for strong client partnerships and helps brands show up with clarity, creativity, and cultural relevance.
  • Caitlyn Mailley (pictured left), Account Director: Caitlyn joins Sharp Think as an Account Director across the agency’s design, architecture, and home clientele. With over seven years of experience, she previously served as Associate Director at Hand & Hand PR, where she worked on high-end brands including Roche Bobois, Grohe, and Ornare, and supported activations at events such as Milan Design Week and Maison & Objet. She brings a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to her work, supporting everything from media strategy to large-scale industry events such as KBIS and Design & Construction Week.
