Waterworks Food Hall, Toronto’s go-to destination for exploring authentic global cuisines under one roof, hosted its immersive “A Taste of the City” showcase, welcoming more than 175 event planners, creative teams, and industry guests to experience the venue’s event offering firsthand.

Designed as a dynamic walk-through experience, the evening invited guests to explore the versatility of Waterworks’ event spaces through a curated “Waterworks Passport” journey. Attendees moved through the West Hall, East Hall, East Annex Lounge, and Civil Works, with each space highlighting the venue’s versatility for private and corporate events, and heard directly from Eve Lewis, Waterworks’s Founder and CEO.

Throughout the evening, attendees enjoyed live music performances, roaming entertainers, and aerialists, alongside the venue’s best food and drinks from Waterworks’ diverse vendors, including: Civil Works - Recently ranked #29 on Best Bars in North America, and Best Menu in North America. Boxcar Social - A multi-roaster cafe & bar serving specialty coffee by day and curated wine and cocktails by night. Aburi Sushi - The newest concept from the MICHELIN-starred Aburi Restaurants family, focusing on Temaki (hand roll) and Aburi (flame-searing). Union Chicken - Serving elevated comfort fried chicken, including wings, tenders, and premium sides. The event highlighted Waterworks as a dynamic, design-forward destination for brand activations, private events, and corporate functions in the heart of Toronto.
