Brandman is pleased to welcome EoA Group as the latest addition to its portfolio of luxury design, hospitality, lifestyle, and travel clients.
EoA Group, which stands for Edge of Architecture, is a multidisciplinary firm with expertise in architecture, interior design, master planning, branding, and landscape. The firm’s philosophy is rooted in taking architecture and design to the edge, in exploring and unifying the boundaries of all the design disciplines, working exclusively in luxury hospitality projects across hotels, resorts, private residences, and lifestyle spaces to craft memorable settings. Each of EoA Group’s projects are highly visual, sensorial, and impassioned. Their adaptive approach is a guiding measure to realize each client’s unique identity through innovation, experimentation, fluidity, and complete immersion, curating fantastical settings that honor each client's programmatic and visionary goals.
With hospitality projects spanning the US and the Caribbean, notable highlights within EoA Group’s expansive portfolio include the newly opened Omni Fort Lauderdale, Andaz Miami Beach, and Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, South Caicos. EoA Group is also the firm behind the highly acclaimed Si Si at The Palms, Turks & Caicos, and Virgin Voyages’ The Beach Club at Bimini, an exclusive beachfront destination in the Bahamas.
The firm is currently engaged in a series of dynamic hospitality projects that are slated to debut throughout 2026, including the forthcoming Royal Palm South Beach, a Tribute Portfolio Resort; The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan; and The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami. EoA Group is also currently working on developing a distinctive new interior design for a series of hospitality lounges at the Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat basketball team, which will blend fine dining with the arena’s seismic energy.
Led by the narrative of connectivity, each project utilizes various symbols, color theory, and craftsmanship to achieve flow between spaces and create path as a destination. Coined by the group of talented design and architecture principals, this concept invites guests to remain present and embrace their immediate surroundings. As part of the firm’s multidisciplinary approach, branding is as much a key element in a property's design ethos and storytelling as the other disciplines in establishing a firm narrative and identity.
“The addition of EoA Group to our client roster represents a natural partnership that we are wholeheartedly excited about, given each of our synergies in working firmly in luxury hospitality,” said Melanie Brandman, Founder and CEO of Brandman. “Working with such an innovative brand like EoA Group is truly exciting for our team, and we look forward to showcasing their exceptional work and talents that go far beyond just interior design.”
