In New York, CAMILLA and The Metropolitan Museum of Art celebrated the global debut of The Met x CAMILLA Collection with an intimate dinner marking this first-of-its-kind collaboration.

Following its digital launch, the collection has officially arrived in-store and online, at select CAMILLA boutiques and through wholesale partners.

The evening was hosted by renowned celebrity stylist and friend of the brand, Elizabeth Sulcer- known for her bold, glamorous work and for styling top publications, major designers, and celebrities, including Cate Blanchett and Karlie Kloss—alongside Josh Romm, Global Head of Licensing & Partnerships at The Met.

Key guests included Freya Drohan, Olivia Duncan, Tchesmeni Leonard, Jess Habich, Anahita Moussavian, Lisa Lockwood, Adrienne Reau, Annie Culbertson, Olivia Joan Galli, Rayvin Huger, and more.  Guests wore looks from The Met x CAMILLA Collection, bringing the collaboration to life on the evening.

The dinner took place within the private dining room at Jean-Georges, located in The Mark Hotel just steps from The Met and CAMILLA’s Madison Avenue boutique, which provided the perfect setting for the celebration.

“The Met is proud to collaborate with CAMILLA on a collection of fashion and accessories that bring the Museum experience to life in a visually poetic way,” says Josh Romm, Head of Global Licensing and Partnerships at The Met. “Our mission is to connect people to art, ideas, and each other through sharing works of art in unexpected ways, and this collaboration achieves this goal so beautifully.”

This unique collaboration brings together Australian luxury fashion house CAMILLA with one of the world’s most prestigious cultural institutions. Celebrating fashion as wearable art, the capsule spans womenswear, menswear, and accessories inspired by works in The Met’s collection, reimagined through CAMILLA’s signature aesthetic.

Featuring six distinct prints and a rich interplay of craftsmanship and storytelling, the collection includes hand-beaded and embroidered coats, flowing evening gowns, sharp tailoring, statement separates, and tasselled silk scarves.

Set against the cultural vibrancy of New York City, the dinner welcomed a carefully selected group of tastemakers, including media, stylists, and talent.
