Impact PR & Communications, Ltd. (Impact PR), an award-winning national public relations agency, announced the promotion of Kristin Delia to senior vice president, recognizing her leadership, expertise, and continued contributions to the agency’s growth and client success. 

Since joining the firm more than eight years ago, Delia has played an integral role in shaping and executing public relations campaigns across a diverse portfolio of industries, including hospitality/tourism, food and beverage, real estate, nonprofit, and banking and finance. In her new position, she will continue to lead client accounts and expand her responsibilities in agency leadership, team development, and strategic planning.

Delia is a recipient of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Forty Under 40 distinction, a graduate of the Chamber Foundation’s Leadership Dutchess Class of 2019, and an active member of the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) Counselors Academy. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and currently resides in Dutchess County, NY.
