Nike Communications is excited to announce that applications for its 2026 Black Acceleration Initiative (BAI) are officially open! Rooted in a commitment to empowering the next generation of Black-owned businesses, BAI provides meaningful resources, support, and guidance to help founders navigate challenges and accelerate growth. The agency recognizes the unique barriers Black entrepreneurs face and remains dedicated to advancing equity through long-term investment and partnership.

Through dedicated mentorship and strategic communications support, BAI equips participants with the tools, insights, and access needed to scale their businesses and strengthen their market presence.

This year, five selected businesses will participate in a five-week cohort experience beginning with an immersive two-day workshop. Participants will receive:

• Personalized mentorship from Nike Communications leaders.
• Support refining and strengthening their brand narrative.
• Strategic PR insights to connect with the right audiences.
• Actionable tools designed to support sustainable, long-term growth.

Applications will be accepted through March 20th at 11:59 PM.
