Perfect Pear has announced its new client partnership with Mizunara, a hospitality-led dining destination set to open this spring in Toronto.
Located at 235 Adelaide Street West, Mizunara will blend contemporary omakase with a curated whisky program, bringing together elements of Japanese culinary tradition and mixology. The concept centers on seasonality, craftsmanship, and sustainability, with an emphasis on creating a dining experience that feels personal and intentional.
The restaurant will feature an intimate, immersive setting designed to highlight the rituals of Japanese mixology alongside a collection of rare and expressive Japanese spirits. The program also places a strong focus on the art of aging and the cultural traditions surrounding whisky.
