Lucchese Bootmaker and Lela Rose Celebrate a New Vision for Western Luxury was posted to the gallery

Acclaimed fashion designer Lela Rose and storied Westernwear leader Lucchese Bootmaker hosted Dallas’ chicest for an intimate evening celebrating the new collaboration, Lela Rose x Lucchese Bootmaker — bringing together two distinctly Texan perspectives on craft, tradition, and design. Hosted at the iconic Pump House, the dinner set the tone for a partnership rooted in heritage, femininity, and elevated craftsmanship. The new collection, announced on March 4 and will be officially live on March 10, reimagines Western luxury for women and blends Lucchese’s 143-year legacy of handcrafted bootmaking with Lela Rose’s signature refined femininity and modern sensibility.

Notable attendees included Lela Rose, Deedie Rose, Holly Mery, Porschla Kidd, Kimberley Whitman, Caitlin Wilson, Christy Doramus, Amber Venz Box, Kaleta Blaffer Johnson, Talley Hodges, and more.

The evening began with guests entering through a curated preview of the new Lela Rose x Lucchese collection. Attendees were invited to experience the designs up close — from intricate floral motifs to sculptural silhouettes and elevated leather detailing. The collection, designed as a full lifestyle expression, spans limited-edition boots and co-branded apparel, each piece named after a bird as a nod to Lela’s lifelong connection to ornithology.

Cocktail hour featured passed bites and two specialty cocktails from Lela’s book, Fresh Air Affairs. Following cocktails, guests enjoyed a seated Texas-infused menu by Art 2 Catering, featuring: a wagyu taco on a blue corn tortilla with avocado mousse, charred onion, and cilantro; potato-crusted red snapper paired with a goat cheese tamale, escabeche, and ancho chile sauce; and warm Gala apple crisp topped with cinnamon ice cream, served in individual cast iron skillets. A custom, homemade branded bread service by Plain Jane Bakes added a thoughtful, bespoke layer to the table.

As a nod to the location of the collaboration campaign photoshoot, sunsets were projected onto the wall to transport guests into the setting of the campaign. Florals by Serracina Studios completed the setting with artful arrangements that felt organic yet polished, perfectly complementing the sunset projections, rattan cacti, and overall product display for an elevated environment. Altogether, the evening captured the essence of both brands: timeless, distinctly Texan, and deeply rooted in craft.

This collection will be available online and will roll out in select Lucchese stores nationwide including Austin (South Congress), Atlanta, Frisco, San Antonio (La Cantera), Bozeman, Charlotte, Dallas (NorthPark Center), Houston (Highland Village), Nashville, and Fort Worth (Exchange Avenue), as well as Lela Rose stores in Dallas (Highland Park Village), Fort Worth (Bowie House), and Jackson Hole.
