Dreamday Appoints Veronica Gauthier as Senior Vice President of Growth

Dreamday is excited to announce the appointment of Veronica Gauthier as its new Senior Vice President of Growth – a hire that reflects both the momentum Dreamday is bringing into 2026 and the caliber of talent they continue to recruit at its award-winning Integrated PR, Affiliate & Influencer agency. 

Veronica brings 20 years of experience in affiliate and performance marketing, including 9 years in senior-level agency leadership. She has built and scaled high-impact performance programs for some of the world's most recognized brands, including Uber, Target, adidas, Amazon, and GolfNow (NBCUniversal), and played a pivotal role in taking Uber's affiliate program from an emerging channel to a scalable global growth engine. Across retail, marketplace, travel, and technology, she has consistently built diversified partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue while protecting long-term brand equity.

Veronica is known for her commercial mindset, operational rigor, and ability to partner closely with executive leadership to turn growth strategy into structured, revenue-driving execution across global markets. At Dreamday, she'll lead our performance-driven growth practice, which integrates affiliate, influencer, and PR into a cohesive ecosystem built to scale for the category-defining and enterprise brands we serve.

This hire is well-timed as Dreamday added 30 team members in 2025 and continues to achieve significant agency growth. Veronica's arrival positions Dreamday to deliver even greater impact for its clients as they grow.
