Sant Ambroeus Appoints Purple as United States Agency of Record

PURPLE has been appointed the U.S. public relations agency of record for Sant Ambroeus, the Milan-founded hospitality brand with a longstanding presence in New York and key global markets.

Sant Ambroeus was established in Milan in 1936 and has since become recognized for its commitment to Milanese culinary tradition and consistent approach to hospitality. Still family-run today, the brand has expanded thoughtfully over nearly ninety years, with locations in Italy, New York, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, Aspen, and most recently Paris, alongside additional international destinations. Sant Ambroeus's growth will continue in 2026 with the planned openings of new locations in Beverly Hills and Miami, as well as Dallas in 2027.
