Founded by sisters Anne-Cécile and Kimberley Blanchot, August Twenty Eight (Aug. 28) is a Franco-American strategic communications and storytelling studio rooted in a shared vision for thoughtful, culturally driven brand building. The studio continues its growth with the recent addition of several landmark hospitality clients to its roster, including Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, Fawn Bluff in British Columbia (pictured lower right), Maisons Pariente (Le Grand Mazarin in Paris), Le Coucou in Méribel (pictured upper left), Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez, Hôtel Crillon le Brave in Provence (pictured upper right), and Saint Roch (opening in Courchevel in December 2026), W Florence, and Rosewood Vienna (pictured lower left).
Founded in New York in 2020 and established in Paris since 2021, Aug. 28 is marking its continued growth with an expanded Paris presence and a new office space in Montmartre—reinforcing the studio’s long-standing roots in France and its bicultural footprint between New York and Paris. The Montmartre space will also host the studio’s Croissants & Conversations gatherings, bringing together brands, partners, and media for intimate exchanges and idea-driven conversations on both sides of the Atlantic.
The studio’s New York presence remains equally strong, supported by a team of multilingual talent serving clients across the international markets.
“Each of these milestones reflects a very intentional evolution for us,” said Anne-Cécile Blanchot, Founder of August Twenty Eight. “The growth of our hospitality portfolio and our move into a new Montmartre office both stem from the same place: a desire to stay close to culture, creativity, and craft. Just as importantly, they strengthen our transatlantic footprint, allowing us to serve European clients with deep regional insight while amplifying their stories across the U.S. market. Our expansion isn’t about scale for scale’s sake; it’s about creating the right conditions to build meaningful, long-term partnerships and tell richer, more nuanced stories on both sides of the Atlantic.”
