This winter, the legendary Parisian institution Caviar Kaspia brings its signature restaurant and art de vivre to Aspen with an exclusive seasonal pop-up at the famous Snow Lodge through March 29, 2026.
Caviar Kaspia has embodied Parisian elegance and culinary indulgence at 17 Place de la Madeleine since 1927. This iconic restaurant, with its wood-paneled walls and turquoise-blue linen dining room, has become synonymous with refined dining and celebration. The color — instantly recognizable and truly unique — has become a symbol of Kaspia’s timeless allure. Over the past decade, Kaspia has expanded its glamorous dining experience to New York, London, São Paulo, Istanbul, and Dubai. Now, for the first time, Kaspia arrives in Aspen — the world’s ultimate winter playground.
The Aspen pop-up will be located inside The Jade Room, within The Snow Lodge — the celebrated après-ski and cultural destination created by visionary Jayma Cardoso. The collaboration will blend Kaspia’s signature dishes with the warm, alpine energy of Aspen.
Guests can expect the brand’s most emblematic creations, such as the famous baked potato topped with caviar, king crab salad, and smoked salmon blinis, as well as the now-iconic “Not Your Mom’s Grilled Cheese” with caviar — all paired with Kaspia’s own vodka and champagne selections.
Beyond the dining room, Caviar Kaspia will also take over The Snow Lodge’s Après-Ski Courtyard, bringing its signature caviar and vodka service to Aspen’s most legendary winter parties.
The collaboration will recreate the Caviar Kaspia experience down to the finest detail: porcelain tableware from Limoges, French table linens, and signature service rituals, with a dedicated Kaspia team on-site to ensure authenticity. Guests should also be on the lookout for exclusive surprises throughout the winter — including limited-edition merchandise and creative collaborations with some of today’s coolest and most iconic brands.
