New Private Members Club Arc Beverly Launches in Beverly Hills, Reimagining One of the City’s Most Striking Architectural Landmarks

Arc Beverly launches in one of Beverly Hills’ most coveted addresses, 9800 Wilshire Blvd, ushering the storied building into a new era as the only social club of its kind in the City of Los Angeles. Designed as a place where visionary tastemakers and business leaders can work, network and recharge, Arc Beverly offers 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor environments – including collaborative work areas, private offices, conference rooms, screening room and two rooftop terraces, as well as a fresh culinary program led by the newly appointed Culinary Director Victor Totoris, who draws on his Argentine heritage and longstanding tenure at some of the city’s most beloved culinary institutions (SCOPA, DAMA, Black Market). Encouraging connection and community, Arc Beverly presents a pipeline of cultural programming that fuels the rhythm of the club, from expert-led industry panels to rooftop rituals with leading wellness brands.

Arc Beverly is overseen by operators Good City Studio, the vertically integrated design and development firm founded by David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter, the minds behind Equinox Hotels and some of the country’s buzziest membership-based lifestyle brands [Ballers, Fitler Club].

“Membership clubs are experiencing a real renaissance across the country, and yet there is still a void in Los Angeles specifically,” said Amanda Potter, Founder and Creative Director, Good City Studio. “We’re answering this need by creating a lifestyle ecosystem where people can work, connect, and recharge all under one roof, complete with a restaurant-quality dining program typically found in the best social clubs.”

Following the closure of legacy premium member clubs elsewhere in Los Angeles, Good City Studio has seen rising demand for curated, community-oriented and culinary-driven coworking spaces –  leading to a 50% spike in inquiries since initiating membership sales and an expanded desk availability to accommodate greater demand.

Arc Beverly has appointed VP of Club Experience & Operations Florence Granteral Fall to oversee day to day operations at Arc Beverly. Granteral Fall’s extensive experience in the LA membership club scene, including NeueHouse Club Venice ensures Arc Beverly sets a new standard – imbuing wellness, hospitality and thoughtful design into every touchpoint of the member experience.

New Culinary Vision

At the heart of Arc Beverly is its private Bar + Kitchen, helmed by Culinary Director Victor Totoris, whose culinary concept at Arc Beverly brings a thoughtfulness of seasonality, sustainability, and health consciousness to the table, celebrating the best of California’s produce through menus that evolve with the seasons. Drawing from his personal heritage, each dish nods to Argentine traditions, incorporating at least one element cooked over the grill. Chef Totoris’ background in interior design guides the visual composition of each plate, turning every meal into a harmonious blend of taste and artistry. Arc Beverly’s dining program reinforces the club’s focus on well-being while also inviting members to connect over shared meals.

Open for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner with a special happy hour menu, Arc Beverly’s Bar + Kitchen features dishes like evolving seasonal bowls and an Argentine-inspired steak sandwich with grilled skirt steak, chimichurri, and caramelized onions. The culinary team avoids seed oils, makes all sauces in-house, and emphasizes freshness and minimal waste, using every component of each ingredient. Chef Totoris works closely with local purveyors, including The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, sourcing cheeses, meats and pastas from the legendary shop. The outdoor courtyard is open for al fresco dining during the day, providing a relaxed yet elevated setting for members.

Space and Design

Arc Beverly’s spaces were conceived to support productivity, creativity, and focus while offering natural opportunities for connection and reprieve. Merging the building’s unique architecture with contemporary function, Arc Beverly creates an oasis in the heart of Beverly Hills, featuring sunlit lounges interwoven with lush plantings and verdant touches, creating a garden-like environment amid the urban landscape.

The club offers dedicated desks, private offices, coworking areas, and multiple conference rooms, complemented by a screening room and expansive event terraces that flow effortlessly from day to night. Interiors balance warm wood, pale tile and mid-century influences with original details by leading architecture and design firm BA Collective – including a sculptural wooden staircase and signature conference room – alongside custom furnishings by multi-disciplinary design practice wHY Architecture. Thoughtfully designed zones, from collaborative tables and green-accented seating to cozy lounges and curated art, create a space that feels both sophisticated and inviting.

From intimate gatherings to high-impact brand activations, Arc Beverly offers a refined canvas for events and experiences that transcend the ordinary. Available to both members and non-members, the club has already become a sought-after destination for Los Angeles’ most celebrated moments, from NBA All-Star Weekend to the Oscars and Milken Institute Global Conference. Merging architectural elegance with a spirit of creative innovation, Arc Beverly delivers full-service event production with discretion, precision, and an unwavering attention to detail, curating each element with intention.

Community-Driven Programming

Arc Beverly redefines the modern private club by integrating holistic living with opportunities to meaningfully engage with a creative community. Through its curated calendar of events, from intimate talks and industry panels to creative workshops and rooftop gatherings, Arc Beverly fosters an environment where collaboration, innovation and well-being naturally coexist.

Arc Beverly has partnered with leading wellness brands to help guests’ enhance their personal wellbeing and work-life balance.
