Just in time for the holiday season, The North Face x SKIMS debuts an all-new, limited-edition winter collection, featuring an expanded lineup of silhouettes, functional accessories, and a first-ever kidswear assortment. The capsule combines The North Face’s technical innovations and expertise in ski and snowboard apparel with SKIMS’ signature fit and design approach, delivering elevated winter essentials in bold, seasonal colorways.
Crafted from advanced performance fabrics and innovative technologies, the collection fuses precision engineering with thoughtful design. Showcasing both new and returning silhouettes, it delivers comfort, style, and functionality across outerwear, contouring base layers, and versatile separates. Each piece is designed to move with the body, providing seamless performance in cold-weather conditions.
“I’m so thrilled to announce the second The North Face x SKIMS collaboration,” said Kim Kardashian, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of SKIMS. “With this new collection, we wanted to continue pushing the boundaries of what winterwear can look and feel like. Every detail, from the fabrics to the silhouettes, was designed to merge functionality with the sleek, modern aesthetic that defines SKIMS.
Family is such a big part of my life, so I’m especially excited to introduce kidswear this season and continue expanding our offerings for everyone.”
Brought to life through a visually striking campaign shot by Laura Obermeyer and Jackie Nickerson, the collection is captured against the dramatic slopes of the Chilean mountains. The imagery blends breathtaking action with refined editorial compositions, creating a compelling expression of performance and style, with each frame positioning the collection in bold contrast to the region’s stunning natural landscape. Through powerful monochromatic layering, the campaign highlights the fusion of SKIMS’ signature silhouettes with The North Face’s performance-driven heritage.
“Building on last winter’s collaboration with SKIMS, this second season further solidifies our collective proposition, integrating best-in-class technical innovation, design excellence, and a clear point of view on fit,” said David Whetstone, Director of Design, Global Collaborations and Energy at The North Face. “Each piece leverages our on-mountain expertise and integrates SKIMS’ focus on form and aesthetic, shifting the expectation of what performance gear can be.
Presented in an elevated winter palette–Bone, Kyanite, Gunmetal, Phoenix, and Onyx–this second collaboration is built to take on the elements, while delivering a refined, modern aesthetic. With functionality and innovation at the core of both brands’ design philosophies, each piece in the capsule is crafted to contour, move, and perform, ensuring it feels tailor-made for every wearer.
