The Founders Program, powered by Fixer Advisory Group, is now accepting applications for its 2026 cohort. The 16-week program is designed to help early-stage beauty, health, and wellness brand founders strengthen their business foundations, refine their strategy, and prepare for long-term growth.

The program combines live working sessions, individualized feedback, and mentorship from leaders across finance, operations, and brand building. Founders develop a five-year financial roadmap, channel and marketing strategy, organizational plan, and investor toolkit to guide their next phase of growth.

The Founders Program is led by a world-class team of experts, including Nicole Marra, Founder and CEO of Fixer Advisory Group; Erica Moore, Founder and CEO of Farsight; Kelly St. John, Founder and CEO of KSJ Collective; and Alyssa Arnold, Partner at The Angel Group and COO of Bonjour Fête. Their collective expertise provides founders with practical, high-impact guidance rooted in real-world experience.

The program concludes with a unique and powerful Brand Showcase, a capstone event that connects founders with investors, lenders, buyers, and other industry leaders.
