Orchestra Appointed North America PR Agency of Record for Baha Mar

Orchestra, the first strategic communications and marketing company built for today’s complex and fragmented world, has been named North America PR Agency of Record for Baha Mar, the Caribbean’s premier luxury resort.

Following a competitive RFP, Orchestra began work on July 1, assembling a specialized team from BerlinRosen and M18 under its Travel & Hospitality practice. The scope includes earned media, influencer relations, brand strategy, and storytelling for the resort’s three iconic properties—the Grand Hyatt, SLS, and Rosewood—along with its world-class restaurants, golf club, and upcoming developments.

Orchestra’s work will spotlight signature events such as the Bahamas Culinary & Arts Festival, the International Luxury Travel Market conference hosted at the resort, the opening of a new Italian restaurant this fall, and the planned debut of a fourth hotel in 2029.

“We were looking for a PR partner who could effectively tell our story, and our exhaustive search led us to BerlinRosen and Orchestra,” said Josh Herman, SVP of Marketing, Baha Mar. “Their multi-faceted approach to the modern media landscape will grow our reach to new guests and elevate our position as the leading resort in the Caribbean.”

“Baha Mar is an icon of luxury hospitality,” said Sara Joseph Noyes, EVP and Head of Travel and Lifestyle at BerlinRosen. “Winning the Baha Mar account is especially meaningful because it showcases what makes Orchestra special. We now build bespoke teams for every RFP we respond to, drawing the best talent from across our network to deliver exactly what the client needs. This customized, collaborative model is how we stand apart from the pack.”

Sara and her team work on a roster of clients including: The Beekman, A Thompson Hotel; Los Angeles Tourism, Shangri-La Hotels; several Marriott brands: AC Hotels, Aloft Hotels, Moxy Hotels;  and Singapore Airlines, as well as airlines, cruise ships and sectors of transportation.
