BIRD Unveils Senior Leadership Team as Agency Celebrates 15 Years

Marking a significant milestone in its evolution, leading travel PR agency BIRD has announced the formation of a newly appointed Senior Leadership Team, following a period of sustained growth and high-profile client wins. The announcement coincides with the agency’s 15th anniversary and underscores BIRD’s long-term vision to redefine luxury travel PR through strategic innovation and elevated client service.

Founder and CEO Daisy Bird (pictured center) confirmed the promotions of Emma Lockett (pictured left) to Managing Director and Aisha Bennett (pictured far right) to Director of PR, alongside the appointment of Daisy Agnew (pictured right of center) as Associate Director. Together, the trio will work alongside Bird to steer the agency’s direction, bolster its global service offering, and lead a 20-strong team to deliver tailored communications for some of the world’s most iconic luxury travel and hospitality brands.

As Managing Director, Emma Lockett (pictured far left)  will lead BIRD’s commercial strategy and client servicing operations, while overseeing internal structures to support the agency’s continued growth trajectory - having achieved 30% year-on-year growth. Her role will also encompass operational leadership and team development.

Aisha Bennett, who joined BIRD in 2021, steps into the role of Director of PR, where she will drive strategic and creative direction across the agency’s client portfolio. Her remit includes international media relations, brand partnerships, community building, and cultural programming: key pillars of BIRD’s distinct approach to brand storytelling.

Daisy Agnew, who joined the agency from the global communications team at Aman in January 2025 is also welcomed into the Senior Leadership Team bringing deep in-house insight and global luxury brand experience. Her skills will be central to enhancing both client strategy and internal best practice as BIRD enters its next phase of growth.

“We’ve designed a Senior Leadership Team that is not only rich in expertise, but genuinely aligned in vision, culture and ambition,” said Daisy Bird. “Emma and Aisha have played transformative roles in BIRD’s success over recent years, and I’m proud to recognise their leadership with these well-deserved promotions. We’re also thrilled to welcome Daisy Agnew to our Senior Leadership Team - her in-house mindset and international network is already proving invaluable to upskill our team.”

Since its founding in 2010, BIRD has steadily cultivated a reputation for bespoke, high-impact communications in the luxury travel, hospitality, and wellness space. With a carefully curated client portfolio and a high-touch, strategic approach, the agency represents an elite roster that includes Marbella Club, Soneva, Reschio, and SHA Wellness. A considered approach to business growth has created a sustainable business model where long-term client relationships are never neglected in favour of new ones and continuous investment in staff development offers BIRD clients well-resourced account management with close strategic involvement from the Senior Leadership Team.

Recent growth has been propelled by both expanded mandates from legacy clients and a slate of prestigious new accounts. New additions include urban lifestyle hotels such as Broadwick Soho (London), Le Fantaisie (Paris), Casa Monti (Rome), and The PuLi (Shanghai), alongside global PR briefs for some of 2026’s most anticipated luxury hospitality launches: Na Praia (Comporta), The Malkai (Oman), and Zannier Bendor (South of France).

BIRD’s client-first philosophy, rooted in longevity, bespoke strategy, and deep industry expertise, remains the cornerstone of its success. With a strengthened leadership team and a widened global offering, the agency is poised to enter a new era of innovation and influence across the luxury communications landscape.
