PR Consulting is proud to announce its appointment as Agency of Record for Elizabeth Street Hospitality, the visionary group behind some of New York City’s most celebrated dining destinations: The Musket Room, Raf’s, and Café Zaffri. Founded by hospitality mavens and sister-duo Jennifer and Nicole Vitagliano, and led by Executive Chef Mary Attea, the group has earned a reputation for their design-forward spaces, inventive menus and beverage programs, having become the go-to dining destination for the city’s fashion elite.
The Musket Room, a Michelin-starred Nolita restaurant inspired by global culinary traditions, has been a downtown institution since opening in 2013. The restaurant offers soulful, produce-driven cuisine inspired by flavors from around the world, served in an intimate dining room and a lush garden setting.
In 2023, the team debuted Raf’s, a European-style bakery and all-day café located in the historic former Parisi Bakery space on Elizabeth Street. Inspired by the elegance of Europe's grand cafés, Raf’s offers viennoiserie and espresso by day, aperitivo in the late afternoon, and a wood-fired dinner menu anchored by the building’s original bread ovens. Named after Nicole Vitagliano’s daughter, Raf’s brings a warm, feminine sensibility to the NoHo dining scene, with interiors by Post Company.
Most recently, Elizabeth Street Hospitality expanded into hospitality-adjacent territory with Café Zaffri, a Levantine-inspired café tucked within The Twenty Two New York, a new hotel and private members’ club in Union Square. Drawing from Chef Mary Attea’s Lebanese heritage, the café brings a fresh take on Levantine flavors, where dishes like Lamb Wellington wrapped in grape leaves and Fried Eggplant with Urfa reflect both tradition and bold reinterpretation.
