The editors of The Hollywood Reporter are proud to unveil the nominees for The Hollywood Reporter’s 4th Annual New York Power Broker Awards, hailed by The New Yorker as "the Oscars of real estate." Presented by The SOCIETY Group, the PR purveyors of power brokers and properties, and sponsored by the AD100-honored full-suite furnishing firm Ash Staging this year’s ceremony will be hosted by the stars of Netflix’s “Selling The City” Eleonora Srugo and Steve Gold behind the closed doors of a private member’s club.

For four years running, the Power Broker Awards have set the gold standard in recognizing the elite agents shaping New York’s luxury real estate landscape. With coverage in The New York Times, The Real Deal, and beyond, the awards spotlight the top 35 agents who’ve redefined excellence in high-stakes deals, media influence, historic preservation, and philanthropic leadership. Previous awards ceremonies have been hosted by celebrity agents such as Jason Oppenheim and Mary Bonnet (Selling Sunset), Fredrik Eklund (Million Dollar Listing), and Mauricio Umansky (Buying Beverly Hills).
