MP-IMC is now representing THE TEXTURE OF CHANGE™, a movement dedicated to changing the future of the professional haircare industry powered by the L'Oréal Professional Products Division.

THE TEXTURE OF CHANGE™ is a movement that works to provide equitable access to textured hair education. The goal of the movement is to increase texture education offerings to both students and stylists. To amplify the THE TEXTURE OF CHANGE™ message L'Oréal PPD partnered with the Professional Beauty Association to create the Texture Education Collective, an initiative led by industry leaders that aims at influencing state board licensing requirements and cosmetology school curriculums.
