One of the City’s most active developers with over five million SF of residential and commercial properties, Two Trees transformed DUMBO into a vibrant, creative community that has preserved and built upon the area’s historical fabric to become one of New York’s most desirable places to live and work.

Under the leadership of CEO Jed Walentas, and taking lessons learned from the success of DUMBO's transformation, the redevelopment of the Domino Sugar Factory in Williamsburg has become Two Trees’ largest undertaking yet. The project features over three million square feet of residential, commercial and retail space, including the award-winning six-acre fully public Domino Park, the repositioned The Refinery at Domino landmark into Class A office space and One Domino Square, the first residential skyscraper by Selldorf Architects which includes condos and rentals, with a one-acre Domino Square open space at its base.
