Swire Properties hosted the grand opening of the sales pavilion for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, on Thursday, September 26, 2024. With exceptional cuisine to capture the legendary, world-class service of Mandarin Oriental, the menus were curated by Michelin-starred chefs Richard Ekkebus of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, and Antonio Guida of Mandarin Oriental, Milan. Award-winning Mandarin Oriental hotel mixologists from across the world crafted cocktails for the evening. 

In attendance to celebrate were actor Aaron Paul; philanthropist Alonzo Mourning; City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez; Henry Bott, President of Swire Properties US; Edgardo Defortuna, President & CEO of Fortune International Group; Meg Daly, Founder of the Underline; Christian Glauser Benz; Artist Romero Britto, Tatsiana Ansin, among many others.
