Kari Hegarty has joined BerlinRosen as senior VP of real estate.

Hegarty, who joined the firm in October, is charged with expanding the number of luxury residential companies on BerlinRosen’s client roster. The real estate group current represents organizations including Brookfield, SL Green, Skanska, and Silverstein Properties.
