The inside scoop: Chef Dave White is a private yachting chef whose clients include David Beckham and the Beckham family. He's best known for his run on Bravo's Below Deck Mediterranean (Season 7), his 2025 title as Food Network's "Chopped" Grand Champion, and appearances on Watch What Happens Live — most recently besting Bobby Flay on "Beat Bobby Flay" with a British-style fish and chips. During football season, he's also the chef at Inter Miami CF's owners' booth at Hard Rock Stadium, and his client roster spans stars and executives including Robbie Williams, Tommy Hilfiger, and Dave Portnoy. After more than seven years as a head chef in luxury yachting following training in top London kitchens, he's now based in Miami building out his private chef clientele. He's also the author of the culinary memoir Salted and is currently training for a Mount Everest expedition that will combine his two passions: cooking and extreme adventure.
