Hotel Corduroy reimagines the former Sunset Montauk into a 29-room boutique retreat from Blue Flag Capital, in partnership with Ward + Gray on interiors. The three-building property centers on The Lawn, a bayfront gathering space with lounge seating, firepits, and sunset views, alongside a lobby stocked with vintage furnishings and cassettes for in-room vintage speakers.
