Becca PR is seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join our agency in the Los Angeles office. In this position you will provide support to our rapidly growing LA team. You must thrive in a fast-paced and autonomous environment and have a passion for food, design and lifestyle. You must be capable of multi-tasking and provide multiple projects in a timely manner. Only candidates living in Los Angeles should apply. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Industry research of local papers, relevant lifestyle + food magazines, online outlets and influencers to report to supervisors + clients. 
• Update + maintain account reports + clips. Researching, writing, editing and distributing press materialsDraft clear correspondence emails + updates to clients. 
• Draft agendas, press descriptions, bios + pitches. 
• Event management: manage lists, invitations and run-of-shows for events 
• Brainstorm creative story angles + target media with team. 
• Work as part of an account team to implement media plans.Maintain good relationships with LA media, influencers, tastemakers + key industry folks. 
• Support with client + BeccaPR social media management (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook + Twitter). 
• Assist with general daily office and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years PR experience Bachelor's degree 
• Extremely high attention to detail 
• Ability to adapt and work on multiple projects. 
• Excellent time management 
• Dedication to developing media relationships, visiting clients & making beneficial new contacts for the agency 
• Proficiency in social media (and trends + tastemakers on each platform) including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook + Snapchat, and dedication to learning about new platforms as they develop 
• A love of food, hospitality + design
